Stage 1: private processing

You give PhotoSale limited permission to receive, scan, decode, re-encode, store, create private review previews, check duplicates, moderate and contact you about the submission. This does not authorise publication.

Your statements

You must be at least 18, have taken the photograph or hold clear authority, accurately describe it and disclose people or sensitive concerns. AI-generated images are not accepted.

Stage 2: public listing

Nothing is published until you see and approve the exact preview, title, description, public location, credit, availability and any named partner contribution.

Separate choices

Paid-use requests and an unpaid contribution to a named partner guide are separate permissions. Neither is selected for you. A guide contribution does not give general marketplace rights.

Withdrawal

You may stop future requests and withdraw the public listing. A permission already accepted may continue under the conditions recorded when it was accepted.
