PhotoSale.net is operated from Western Australia. Use the contact or data-request form for privacy questions.

Information collected

PhotoSale collects contact details, account and consent records, submitted photographs, moderated listing content, permission requests, complaint information, security records and limited website analytics.

Analytics choice

Google Analytics is configured with analytics storage denied by default. You may allow or decline analytics in the small on-page choice. PhotoSale does not send form details, email, phone, legal name, exact GPS, raw IP, magic links, permission terms or payment details as analytics events. Partner attribution uses PhotoSale records rather than cross-domain tracking.

Photo files and metadata

Uploads enter non-public processing. A sanitised private master and watermarked review derivatives are created. Public previews and approved delivery files do not include precise GPS, device serial, owner name from metadata, original filename or internal path.

Public information

Only the approved display name, credit, approximate place and listing content become public. Legal names, email, phone, exact GPS, private notes and buyer messages do not.

Partners and service providers

A named guide receives a photo only after separate contributor permission. Hosting, email and analytics providers may process limited information. Cross-domain analytics are not used for partner attribution.

Retention and security

Temporary raw intake is deleted after successful processing. Operational records are retained only as needed for review, consent, security, disputes and accepted permissions. Private files use random names outside the public web root.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, deletion, objection, withdrawal or account closure. PhotoSale verifies a requester before releasing private information.
