Who gives permission

The named contributor is the copyright owner or authorised rights holder. The buyer or publisher is the permitted user. PhotoSale records and facilitates the agreement but does not own the photograph or independently grant permission.

Exact accepted summary

Permission covers only the photograph, purpose, channels, duration, edits, attribution and payment accepted by both sides. A request alone gives no permission.

Excluded uses

AI training, biometric analysis, facial recognition, resale, another image library, deceptive endorsement and any use not recorded in the accepted summary are excluded.

Payments

PhotoSale does not collect payment or deduct a fee in this release. If payment is agreed, buyer and contributor arrange it directly.
