Platform terms

Use PhotoSale lawfully, provide accurate information and do not interfere with the service or another person.

Platform role

PhotoSale connects contributors with people who need authentic photographs. The contributor remains the copyright owner or authorised rights holder. PhotoSale records and facilitates permission decisions. It does not own a contributor photo or independently grant permission.

Requests and payment

A buyer receives no permission merely by sending a request. Both sides must accept the same final summary. Payment, if agreed, is arranged directly between buyer and contributor in this release. PhotoSale does not process payment or deduct a fee.

Moderation and complaints

PhotoSale may review, restrict, suspend or remove content and records reasons for moderation decisions. Users may ask for reconsideration. Copyright, privacy, safety and accuracy concerns have dedicated reporting routes.

Legal review

Mandatory rights and laws that apply to a person are not excluded. Governing law, GDPR scope, DSA scope, consumer law, tax and future payment terms require professional review.
