Who can use this form

• Copyright owners whose photo has been uploaded without permission.
• Identifiable people in a photo, where the photo is being used commercially without a model release, or where the photo raises a privacy or safety concern.
• Property owners whose private property appears in a photo being used commercially without a property release.
• Parents or guardians of a minor who appears in a photo.
• Photographers who uploaded a photo and want to take it back down. (Easier from your dashboard.)

What to include

• The URL of the photo or the photo title.
• The reason for removal (copyright, privacy, safety, model release, property release, other).
• Enough detail to identify you and verify the claim.
• For copyright claims: a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised, and a statement under penalty that the information is accurate.

What happens next

1. We log your request and send you a confirmation.
2. We review within 48 hours and usually remove the photo while we investigate.
3. We notify the photographer who uploaded it and give them a chance to respond.
4. We decide on the balance of evidence and email you the outcome.
