What DPI to pick

  • 300 DPI: museum-grade, viewing at arm's length.
  • 240 DPI: excellent for fine art prints up to A2.
  • 200 DPI: solid for large prints viewed from a metre away.
  • 150 DPI: fine for wall-distance pieces like A1 and A0.
  • 100 DPI: large format viewed from 2+ metres.
  • 50 to 80 DPI: billboards and signage.
